Use either for applying soft eyeliner by following the lash line with a loaded brush or use to fill in and strengthen the brows. A unique angle allows precise application for a natural glow. Load the brush with colour and tap off excess, follow the lash line along the upper and lower lashes for a smoky line. Try dabbing the brush along the lash line instead of 'drawing' it on for a longer lasting look, try to get as close to the lashes as you can.
